VELOXDET MOLD 404 is a liquid detergent containing a mixture of phosphoric acid, surfactants and threshold agents and is suitable for removing inorganic, organic and mixed contamination.
Thanks to its components, the product is a non-foaming detergent for use in the mechanical washing of moulds and other equipment in the dairy, cheese and meat processing industries.
High acidity makes it particularly effective in removing inorganic deposits and other contamination, e.g. protein.
It contains surfactants that give it cleansing action on oily substances.
Low foaming at recommended use temperatures (> 40°C).
It is a conductive liquid and therefore suitable for automatic dosing and control systems.
