The 360° wash system with programmable speeds relies on rotation to enhance washing quality and reduce energy costs. By way of rotation, dirt collides with the water jet, and not vice versa, ensuring an even, incisive and total impact on all points of the material.
Versatile and functional, it is perfect for washing, disinfecting and drying trolleys, crates, trays, pallets, moulds and production equipment of all kinds.
Available in different sizes depending on the material to be washed, the BF Series models can be equipped with a centrifuge and dryer and can be configured with a sliding door and/or double through door for in-line entry and exit.
Rinsing takes place with just 15/18 litres of clean water, which is then reused to minimise water and electricity consumption. Furthermore, the BF Series models are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with double insulated walls to reduce noise pollution and energy consumption.
The rotating platform can be opened to allow inspection and cleaning of the tank from solid debris on the bottom. The powerful stainless steel pump is installed upright to prevent stagnation and bacterial growth. The rinse tank is independent to ensure constant pressure and temperature at 86° C.
The front door is equipped with a stainless steel handle that allows it to be opened from the inside, and the door openings are electrically interlocked. The machine automatically goes into stand-by when any door is opened and cannot be restarted until all openings have been closed.
