Thanks to an electromagnetic sensor, rinsing is only activated when the material is in the vicinity of the nozzles. This technology drastically reduces water and energy consumption.
They can be configured to suit the washing needs of any production facility. With the addition of the blowing module, they can pre-dry the material.
The continuous belt conveyor system is equipped with dual feed rate and allows you to pre-wash, wash and rinse up to 560 crates per hour (size mm 600×400) with excellent results.
Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the pipes are removable and quick-coupling for easy maintenance and cleaning.
