The CPC 5 G1 S knife rack has been designed to facilitate all operations during which knives are handled, from use in processing to washing, disinfection and storage.
All CPC Series models comply with HACCP and safety regulations.
HYGIENE: From the work station, they are handled at the end of the shift without leaving any residual dirt. In addition, they can be fed directly into machines for washing, disinfection and storage.
TRACEABILITY: All models are equipped with an ID serial number that can be nominally assigned to the individual operator to track the sharpening, use or loss of knives.
VERSATILITY: They are designed to hold any type of knife and can be inserted into all washing and disinfection machines in the Velox Barchitta range.
SAFETY: The knives are blocked to prevent their escape from an active and passive safety device. For special requirements, they can be fitted with a padlock.
RISK REDUCTION: When carrying knives, they are indispensable to avoid accidental falls or incidents as they are equipped with a handle and safety lock.
