VELOXDET 1111 is a highly concentrated liquid detergent containing caustic soda in combination with a mixture of surfactants and threshold agents with sequestering activity.
Thanks to these components, VELOXDET 1111 is a detergent with anti-foaming properties that can be used in mechanical spray washing systems in all kinds of food and beverage industries.
It is a strong alkaline and therefore able to remove grease, proteins and all other types of organic dirt including carbon residues.
It contains a high level of threshold agents that control the precipitation of calcium and magnesium salts and allow its use in very hard water.
It keeps the surfaces inside the washing machine, including the spray nozzles, clean and descaled.
Despite their high causticity, aqueous solutions of VELOXDET 1111 are easy to rinse and leave no residue on treated surfaces.
