Baking tray cleaner: Easy baking tray cleaning

Tray washers are machines specifically designed and engineered for the thorough washing and sanitization of trays. In certain cases, and upon customer request for machine customization, tray washers can also be equipped with a complete drying function.

Our tray washers stand out for their robustness, innovative design, and ease of use.

Dishwashers: how they are made

The Tray Washers, referring exclusively to the Compact models of the LT Series manufactured by Velox Barchitta, are made entirely of stainless steel and feature a double-walled body to ensure extremely quiet operation.

They are equipped with a wash tank designed with rounded corners to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris.

The machines include surface filters that are fully removable for cleaning, preventing residue build-up inside the tank. In addition, the washing and rinsing system operates through rotating spray arms, both upper and lower, made entirely of stainless steel.

Trays washers: Features of the LT Series

Our LT Series Tray Washers feature technical specifications that are truly unique in their category. For this reason, our customers are fully satisfied with our products, which are recognized among the best on the market.

As compact machines, they optimize space while being capable of washing up to 55 trays per hour, reducing not only water consumption but also energy usage. Furthermore, maintenance of these machines is extremely simple.

Easy baking tray cleaning: how it works

Washing trays inside the LT Series machines is extremely simple. Thanks to the rotating spray arms, both upper and lower, which direct water and detergent onto the trays at a pressure ranging from 2 to 5 bar, all residue is removed within just a few minutes. As a result, tray washing cycles are very short.

Although the cycles are brief, they remain highly effective. With a temperature adjustable between 45°C and 65°C, cycles can be set from a minimum of 90 seconds up to a maximum of 180 seconds per cycle.
