BF 2200 is the most powerful and versatile rotary base washing cabin on the market.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with double insulated walls to reduce noise pollution and energy consumption, it guarantees high load capacity, low costs and excellent results.
Versatile and functional, it is perfect for washing, disinfecting and drying trolleys, crates, trays, pallets, moulds and production equipment of all kinds.
Available in different sizes depending on the material to be washed, BF 2200 can also be configured with a double pass-through door for in-line entry and exit.
This model is fully controlled by PLC and HMI via a programme developed by Velox Barchitta to allow the management, control and verification of all machine-related functions and parameters, which are then transmitted to any quality control device.
The 360° wash system with programmable speeds relies on rotation to enhance washing quality and reduce energy costs. By way of rotation, dirt collides with the water jet, and not vice versa, ensuring an even, incisive and total impact on all points of the material.
The powerful stainless steel pump is installed upright to prevent stagnation and bacterial growth.
The rinse tank is independent to ensure constant pressure and temperature at 86 C°.
The drying system with which it can be equipped can completely dry any type of trolley or material.
The cycles are configured according to the type of material or trolley inserted.
Some productivity
The system spins the washed trolley/material at 50-70 rpm (settable) to remove residual water. The cabin is equipped with a retaining structure to hold the washed trolley/material in place.
This module removes residual water at the end of the cycle by blowing air over the rotating washed trolley/material.
This module makes it possible to completely dry the washed trolley/material with hot air heated by electrically powered batteries or with steam at 2 bar.
The washing cabin is equipped with a sliding door with motorised opening for in-line passage of the trolleys.
The washing cabin is equipped with 2 hinged doors (both entry and exit) for in-line passage of the trolleys.
An additional cycle atomises the disinfectant to ensure a contact time of 40 sec. before rinsing at 85 C°, thus achieving chemical and thermal disinfection.
Through a compressed air system, a specific pure product is applied on the material before the cycle starts.
It automatically extracts debris from the tank with 2 mm filtration. The system is equipped with compressed air self-cleaning.
