The BFF 1260 is a washing cabin with a fixed base and rotating arms designed to wash bulky material and large quantities of production equipment to solve the washing problems of any business, from laboratory to large-scale industry. Versatile and functional, this model is perfect for washing trolleys, crates, trays, pallets, moulds and production equipment. Available in different sizes depending on the material to be washed, BFF 1260 can also be configured with a double pass-through door for in-line entry and exit.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with double insulated walls to reduce noise pollution and energy consumption, it guarantees high load capacity, low costs and a very high hygiene standard.
Its side rotating arm washing system allows the water jet to reach any angle of dirt for outstanding washing results.
It draws steam from the machine both during rinsing and at the end of the cycle (even with the door open).
An additional cycle atomises the disinfectant to ensure a contact time of 40 sec. before rinsing at 85 C°, thus achieving chemical and thermal disinfection.
Ideal for those sectors where temperature control of washing is essential (e.g. meat/dairy/poultry).
The system keeps the wash cycle at 50 C° for protein treatment.
The washing cabin is equipped with a double hinged door (entry and exit) for in-line passage of the trolleys.
The internal base of the machine tilts to drain the trolley of residual water, via a pneumatic system. At the end of the cycle it automatically returns level.
