BS 800 G is suited to the operational needs of the dairy industry, washing Grana and Parmigiano cheese moulds and all types of cheese wheels from 200 mm to 700 mm, without causing any shrinkage.
Equipped with Granule System washing technology, BS 800 G is an extremely efficient machine for its size and allows you to alternate between washing with granules and traditional washing, both ways guaranteeing an exceptional result.
The BS 800 G washing system bases its effectiveness on the rotation of the inner rack to enhance washing quality and reduce energy costs. In fact, by spinning the rack it is the dirt that collides with the water jet, and not vice versa, ensuring that the water impacts the material at all points.
The granule collection system it is equipped with allows them to be easily extracted and prevents them from being released into the environment.
Stainless steel trolley with wheels to facilitate frontal loading/unloading of the rack.
