The LP 1300 R washing system is designed to achieve the best possible result. The rack is specially designed to allow the water jet to reach any angle through rotating stainless steel arms placed above and below the material to be washed.
Equipped with Flap door opening, LP 1300 R is suitable for those production environments where heavy material or large quantities of small material are used. This system facilitates and supports loading/unloading by sliding the rack on wheels.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees high loading capacity, low costs and a very high hygiene standard.
The washing chamber is large and free of any obstructions that could allow dirt and bacteria to nest.
Thanks to the depth of the rack, it can wash twice as much as a standard machine, while maintaining the same performance and guaranteeing half the consumption.
The special washing system with booster and rotating arms is fed by powerful pumps capable of solving material soiling problems even in environments with high production requirements but limited space.
The washing system is designed to reuse clean rinse water, minimising water and electricity consumption.

It draws steam from the machine both during rinsing and at the end of the cycle (even with the door open).

An additional cycle atomises the disinfectant to ensure a contact time of 40 sec. before rinsing at 85 C°, thus achieving chemical and thermal disinfection.
Ideal for those sectors where temperature control of washing is essential (e.g. meat/dairy/poultry).
The system keeps the wash cycle at 50 C° for protein treatment.
In facilities equipped with centralised control of electricity consumption, the system allows the disconnection of resistors by the central computer to lower the total absorption of the cycle.
It feeds the rinse from a storage tank with a pressure booster pump, separating the machine from the external supply line.
It allows the machine to be cleaned or the material to be pre-washed before the cycle.
Four special reinforced rubber wheels with stainless steel support and bearings. They are equipped with a front brake and a pin for levelling the machine. With flexible drains, the kit allows the machine to be moved for local cleaning.
When the product canister empties, an audible alarm goes off. It is compatible with both detergent and disinfectant.
It keeps the canisters suspended from the floor for hygiene and cleanliness purposes. It can be installed on the right or left.
NB: increases the width of the machine by 300 mm.
