BC 29 CR is the smallest and best performing rack conveyor wash tunnel on the market.
It quickly and thoroughly solves all problems related to hygiene and the cleaning of containers, crates, trays and work equipment of different sizes, without needing to change configuration.
With dual feed rate, it can wash and rinse up to 180 crates per hour (standard size mm600x400), even in small spaces, always with excellent results.
The tilter with which it is equipped allows loading and unloading of the machine from one side only (right or left) so that only one operator is required during operations.
Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the pipes are removable and quick-coupling for easy maintenance and cleaning.
The top, bottom and side washing and rinsing system combined with the rack conveyor feed system with dual-speed guarantees high productivity and excellent results.
Thanks to an electromagnetic sensor, rinsing is only activated when the material is in the vicinity of the nozzles. This technology drastically reduces water and energy consumption.

An additional cycle atomises the disinfectant to ensure a contact time of 40 sec. before rinsing at 85 C°, thus achieving chemical and thermal disinfection.
Four special reinforced rubber wheels with stainless steel support and bearings. They are equipped with a front brake and a levelling pin.
With flexible drains, it allows the machine to be moved.
It keeps the canisters suspended from the floor for hygiene and cleanliness purposes. It can be installed on the right or left. NB: increases the width of the machine by 300 mm.
Tables made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel with or without pre-rinse tank and micro limit switch sensor at the outlet.
Pre-wash showerhead with taps for hot/cold water regulation.
