BLF 300

Why Choose It

BLF 300 is a cheese washing and drying tunnel ideal for cheese moulds with a diameter of 120 to 350 mm and a thickness of 40 to 300 mm.
This tunnel can wash and dry up to one cheese wheel every 6 seconds at a pressure ranging from 20 to 100 bar.
Washing does not cause shrinkage and is done with clean water and without any contact between the moulds to eliminate any risk of contamination.
