LCT A 80 210 is a continuous feed washing tunnel with chain and wing opening, guaranteeing very high productivity.
Versatile and powerful, it can quickly solve all problems related to hygiene and cleaning of containers, pots, moulds, trays, pallets and work equipment of different sizes and shapes.
With dual feed speed, LCT A 80 210 allows any type of material to be washed, rinsed and dried with excellent results.
An additional cycle atomises the disinfectant to ensure a contact time of 40 sec. before rinsing at 85 C°, thus achieving chemical and thermal disinfection.
The tunnel is equipped with cassette filters that prevent clogging of the nozzles by residual material.

Useful for sliding in and out for continuous washing, it can be equipped with a limit switch sensor at the outlet. Adding bends allows the material to go back to the operator, so that only one person is required.
